Prosecution alleges that between October 30 and November 4, 2025, the accused, together with others still at large, mobilized a large group of people and unlawfully entered land comprised in Busiro Block 514, Plots 6, 10, and 12.
The land was occupied by businessman Pontiano Kaweesa Ssengendo of Kamuli Industrial Estates Ltd at the time of the alleged attack.
During the incident, the group is said to have destroyed tree plantations, coffee trees, and other natural vegetation on the property. Prosecutors further contend that the men stole nine coffee mill motors valued at approximately UGX 100 million.
Authorities say investigations are underway to arrest additional suspects believed to have participated in the land raid, which left significant damage to property and raised concerns about escalating land-related violence in Wakiso District.
The suspects will return to court next week as inquiries continue.
