Police Release Suspect’s Voice in Entebbe Double Murder, Appeal for Public Help

Police have released an audio recording of a suspect’s voice in the brutal July 6 double murder of elderly couple David Mutaaga (69) and Deborah Florence Mutaaga (62). The couple, who had recently returned to Uganda after years abroad, were found stabbed to death in their home in Lugonjo Nakiwogo Cell following a family gathering.

Investigators believe the intended killers were known to the victims, as no signs of forced entry were reported. CCTV footage shows a masked intruder entering via the perimeter wall and appearing to have intimate knowledge of the home’s layout.
