By NUP president Bobi Wine’s chief bodyguard, Edward Ssebufu aka Eddie Mutwe, appeared limping at Masaka High Court today, supported by two people after reportedly spending over a week in detention at CDF Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s ‘basement.’
He was allegedly abducted by security operatives in Mukono on April 27. His whereabouts remained unknown until Gen Muhoozi admitted last week to holding him.
Mutwe has now been brought to court by security personnel who barred journalists from accessing him or covering the proceedings. His charges remain unknown.
