Chief Bodyguard to Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu the National Unity Platform President, Edward Sebuufu commonly known as Eddie Mutwe on Tuesday 20 May appeared before the Masaka grade one Magistrate Abdallah Kayiza.
Displaying alleged torture marks, Eddie Mutwe appeared shaken, frail, and traumatized with some scars still freshly drying.
Earlier this month, the Chief of Defence Forces, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, ignited outrage after publicly admitting to the abduction and torture of Eddie Mutwe, In an inflammatory post on X (formerly Twitter), General Kainerugaba declared, “I take FULL responsibility for the actions of my soldiers! Including the long overdue beating of Eddie Mutwe. That was an appetizer!”
