The arrests follow the circulation of a disturbing video on social media showing a group of thugs attacking and robbing members of the public in broad daylight. According to the Kampala Metropolitan Police, the footage was promptly reviewed by investigators at Kabalagala Police Station, leading to the identification of several suspects.
